The problem

Airbnb moves the money. It doesn't explain it.

Payouts arrive net of fees, cleaning is mixed in, stays straddle months, and every month you rebuild the same spreadsheet to explain where the money went: to an owner, a co-owner, or yourself at tax time.

๐Ÿ“„
Drop in the CSV

Export your transaction history from Airbnb and drop it in. Bank-transfer rows are skipped so nothing is counted twice, and every skipped row is listed in the audit trail.

๐Ÿงฎ
Your own home or one you manage

For your own place: payout, fees, cleaning and expenses, done. For a home you manage: commission on payout, payout minus cleaning, or gross, who keeps cleaning fees, and who owes whom. Saved per property.

FAQ

Questions hosts ask

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

Your CSV is read inside your browser and is never uploaded; it is saved in your browser so it's there next time, and "Clear my data" removes it. If you create an owner link, we store that one statement (the figures, guest names as you chose to show them, your branding and note) so the owner can open it. You can delete a link at any time.

Where do I get the CSV?

On Airbnb: Menu โ†’ Earnings โ†’ Transaction history โ†’ filter by listing and dates โ†’ Export CSV.

I host my own place. Is this for me?

Yes. Mark the property as "My own home" and you get an earnings report instead of an owner statement: no commission, no settlement, just what you made and where it went.

What counts as a property?

One Airbnb listing. Free covers one, Host covers five, Pro is unlimited. If your file has more listings than your plan, you choose which ones are on it.

Airbnb already splits payouts between me and the owner. Does it still help?

Yes. Pick "Airbnb split", enter what Airbnb paid you, and Ownermint shows whether anyone owes a difference against your agreed deal.

Is this accounting or tax advice?

No. Ownermint organizes the numbers in your Airbnb report. Check anything tax-related with your accountant.
